Leon holds a degree in Law from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá (Colombia) and is specialized in Territorial Marketing and Development in a joint graduate program between Universidad Externado (Colombia) and Columbia University (NY, USA). He co-authored the book Marca Pais: Experiencias en America y la realidad en Colombia.

Cristobal is an Anthropologist from the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) with advanced graduate studies at the Hasso Plattner Institute School (Germany) and a Phd candidate at the Universidad Europea de Madrid (Spain).
